 make sure:

◆ Tracks are printed/bounced as 32bit or 24bit at 44.1khz or 48khz

◆ No tracks are clipping – Ideally, peaks should not exceed -3db

◆ Remove EQ, Compression, or Effects where applicable

◆ Print or bounce effects separate from source where applicable 

◆ Do not use normalization

include:

• Artist name, song title, BPM (tempo)

• (Optional) Rough Mix and/or Reference Mix

• (Submit rough mixes/reference mixes as they are)

i.e. artist, songwriter, manager, producer, singer etc.

organize project files into one project folder and compress to a single .zip file. (for multiple songs, first organize files by folders per song)

OR

share your project files via link (i.e. dropbox, google drive, icloud, etc.)

include any other important info (i.e. timeline goals, collaborators on your project, general questions, etc.)
